A journey through the night
Educative picture book around bioluminescence where kids follow the owl as he makes a journey through the night starting in the sky ending in the deep sea describing every bioluminescent animal on the way.
Kids follow his journey by folding the book open downwards into one big vertical panoramic illustration made with watercolor.
As they fold it they can read more about every animal.

The collection
Illustrations for a picture book made around my grandparents collection of cat & owl shaped things.
I made it in honor of my grandpa who died that year.
